Search Queries
When a name, county, state, or other search term is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Covington County Inmate Population does not run those partner databases and does not keep a separate local log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other message to us, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, manage the request, and keep basic business records. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
